In order to apply for a lease with Danco Property Management, please select from the list of rental applications below. DANCO rentals are a month to month lease, while the Affordable rentals are a 1 year lease. Please note that our affordable housing developments each have their own applications so be sure to choose the appropriate form. It is important that you read the introductory information completely, as well as fill in all the blanks. If you wish to apply for more than one affordable housing opportunity, for example, Willow Creek and Fortuna, you will need to fill out a separate application for each.
For any property that is not listed on the Available Rentals page under 'Affordable Housing,' please use the Danco Property Management Rental Application.
